THANKSGIVING 2019

Hi everyone!

Today I want to tell you about the activities we have been doing recently on occasion of Thanksgiving Day. Last Thursday 28th we had a especial activity at the Assembly Room in which our assistants prepared a presentation about this amazing American celebration. There were our assistants, Frida and George, together with the assistants from Araceli and Al-Yussana Primary Schools, who did a great job in explaining and telling us about everything related to this festivity. Students from 6th year primary school visited us and joined our students in 1st ESO to attend this especial presentation, which no doubt helped them improve their oral skills in English. We all had a great time and here you can see all the pictures!:)

Also, I wanted to show you the turkeys that our students from 1st ESO made in the days previous to the celebration: all of them cut out their hands and wrote a thanksgiving message: they were thankful for their family, for their life, for their friends, for their food, for their house, and even for their teachers!😍 Frida and George assembled everything together and give the turkeys the final touch to get this amazing board.
